Order Cancellation Policy

At Milo & Moon, we process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been packed or dispatched. After this window, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible:

  • Subject line: URGENT: CANCEL ORDER – [your order number]

The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can intercept your order before it ships.

If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched

Once an order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to cancel or redirect it. In this case, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return under our Return & Refund Policy. You have 30 days from delivery to do so.

Successful Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • Your order will be stopped and not shipped
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days — your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Modifications to Orders

If you need to change your order (e.g. delivery address, product, quantity) rather than cancel it entirely, please email us immediately at info@milo-moon.co with the subject line URGENT: CHANGE ORDER – [your order number]. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
